I needed the boots for that weekend, and happened to be going near Tetbury for work. So I rang them, explained and asked if there was any chance I could come in and swap them. They were delightful, swapped them no problem - I gave them a box of Belgian chocolates to say thankyou as they were so nice about it all. After all, it was my mistake and one I should have sorted with the shop not with the manufacturer. I can confirm they are indeed made in the UK, having seen the ladies at the sewing machines making them!
