NOTES
New Equine protective equine boots are designed to protect your horse from many common injuries to the lower leg during exercise, turnout or competition. However, horses can injure themselves despite wearing boots, either in areas of the lower leg not covered by the protective boot or from strains to tendons, ligaments or muscles. They can also suffer injury as a result of accidental or neglectful lapses in care or husbandry. The manufacturers are therefore not offering any guarantee against horse injury.

Additionally, any product can be damaged if sufficient force is applied. The forces, stresses and strains on (or against) an equine protective boot by a powerful horse can be extreme and the protective boot is intended to be the sacrificial layer covering part of the horse's lower leg. There are therefore many circumstances when damage to the protective boot should be expected. This should not indicate that the protective boot is defective. [As an example; a riding helmet is likely to suffer structural damage whilst protecting a rider who is thrown from a horse on to a metalled road. This does not indicate that the helmet is faulty].

New Equine Wear packaging provides clear Washing and Care instructions. Failure to observe these instructions will invalidate the guarantee.

The above points should be taken into consideration prior to making a claim against this guarantee.
